So, all and all this weekend was pretty nice. Did some nice ZG raids starting Thursday and ran through Saturday. As I said below, Thursday and Friday were epic days for The Pod People. New bosses downed, new loot to be had, and good times all around. Saturday was a bit off though. Eh, some days everything clicks, and some days it doesn't. We still wacked the snake and bat priest, but I think everyone was a little out of it by the time we hit the spider priest. Oh well, it's not like they're not going to be there this week.

Other than that, I went around pwning some scourge around here and there with other pod groups. It amazes me how much people on the alliance side just don't think before doing something. I was up with a group in Winterspring and there was an alliance contingent there as well. When the crystal failed and the engineers appeared, we went to get one of the elites. Instead of pulling one as well, the alliance contingent pulled the other three. They ended up wiping, and here comes the other three elites to wipe us. We managed, after a bit to get all of the elites down but I think the time laps bugged the encounter. The elites were gone but the crystal was still in place. Morons. I wish you still got rep from killing those guys at revered, but I just have to settle for the scourge stones and the runes they drop. I had thought about going after some of the mark rewards, but after trying to farm a little for it, it's just not worth the pain. I spent Sunday morning farming for elemental cores out in Silithus and it took me a little over 90 minutes to get enough for one turn in. The epic necklace is nice, but it's not that nice.

I also started down the path of the Tier .5 upgrades because apparently I enjoy being broke all the time. I guess that's kind of why I picked up fishing over the weekend to add a little supplemental income to my normal auctions. We'll see how that all goes. I'd like to pick up the rest of my set at some point just to get rid of the damn dreadmist robe I've got.
