The Finish Line

I did it. I really didn't think I could... But at 5:15PM on Friday, August 11th I took, 3 - 500 page product catalogs to press. Now, this might not seem like much on the surface, however I did these three books from start to finish in 14 days. For those of you keeping score at home, that was 19 straight days without a day off.

Needless to say I didn't do a damn thing this weekend.

So, not maybe life can get back to normal. I really took it easy the whole weekend, but next weekend will have to be another story. My house is a wreck, the yard is pretty much dead because of the heat and a lack of water but it still looks ok. So, I'll need to get caught up around the homestead next weekend.

In other news, what little WoW time I've been getting is running with the crew and then farming my ass off to cover all the expenses of raiding. While we're not the most hardcore crew in the world, it's still expensive even at the level we're doing it. But, at the end of the day, it's been really worth it. I'm seeing places that are really, really cool to be in, and I'm enjoying every minute of it.

Well... maybe not the minutes I get WTFPWNDBBQOMFG11111! Which happens when you wear cloth armor. (coughtissuecough)

In other news, the power of the dark side has begun to call to me. Out of giggles this weekend, I decided to roll a warlock. Never really played one, but now that I have, I'm seeing why people enjoy playing it because it's kind of sadistic on certain levels. You steal people's souls to summon demons, steal your life for power, fear people off while cursing them while running into a group of people and setting yourself on fire.

It's actually quite fun...

I think the defining moment for me was when I got fear... this is hours of entertainment for me.

See Mob.
DoT Mob.
Fear Mob.
DoT Mob again.
DoT Mob again.
Fear Mob.
DoT Mob.
Shadowbolt.
Dead.

It's even better when it's player's in PvP...

Heh...
